We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new web hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
2. Eligibility
The money-back guarantee applies to:
- New shared hosting accounts
- New WordPress hosting accounts
- New premium hosting accounts
The guarantee applies only to the initial hosting plan purchase and not to subsequent renewals.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals
- SSL certificates
- Email hosting add-ons
- Setup fees (where applicable)
- Any third-party services or software licences
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team via email at support@hostable.co.nz or through our help centre
- Include your account details and reason for the refund request
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Renewals and Cancellations
After the initial 30-day period, hosting services are non-refundable. You may cancel your service at any time to prevent future billing. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
